I've played around with this one twice now but can't seem to get something that's clear - just looks too complicated and unusable. Any ideas? Aussiepete 22:55, 21 July 2006 (EST)

Reformatted using definition lists - I think this may work out better. What do others think? --Twz 22:53, 30 June 2007 (EST)
Yeah I think that's much neater, easier to read. Now for some actual content :) Although, I also don't mind the alternatives such as http://wiki.jumba.com.au/w/index.php?title=Frequently_Asked_Questions&direction=next&oldid=2217 (ordering by topic), and I'm on the fence about having all questions listed in the table of contents under sub headings... The wiki isn't really the right software for FAQs (layout wise). Maybe we should concentrate on answering common questions within the articles, and the FAQ can be a list of more generic-type questions, with pointers into the articles --Twz 00:04, 1 July 2007 (EST)
I do like this idea... how it is implemented will be the main issue. I like the potential, although I'd like to see all the questions together also, not necessarily answered but linking to the article which technically should have the answer. Aussiepete 00:14, 1 July 2007 (EST)
