- The Jumba Forums are filled with many eager members of the Jumba community who will pounce on the chance to be the first to answer any questions!
- E-mail: for any questions or problems specific to your account with Jumba, sales, or billing
- When you send an email to one of these addresses, you should receive an automated reply with a ticket number in the subject. If you don't receive this, check your junk or spam folder in case your email client moved it there.
- NOTE: Tickets are processed by Jumba in the order they are received. Do not continually reply to your ticket asking about progress - doing this will move your ticket to the end of the queue!
