Domain management

At Jumba we have two systems for management of domains.

Contents

TLD Domains

TLD Domains are those such as .com, .net, .org, etc. These can be managed through your account by logging in at https://myaccount.jumba.com.au, clicking the packages tab at the top, and then selecting the domain you wish to manage.

AU Domains

AU Domains are secondary domains such as .com.au, .net.au, .id.au, etc. These domains are managed through the AU Domains system. You login with the domain name and the password set for the domain, if you have forgotten the password for the domain you can retrieve it by clicking 'Forgot your password,' this will email the password out to the primary email account set on the domain.

Domains not managed by Jumba

If your domain isn't registered through Jumba, unfortunately we cannot provide support on getting these up and going. We suggest moving your domains to us if you have a hosting package as it makes it easier to manage the different accounts, and if you are a non-technically minded person, it makes it a lot easier to solve issues.
