JavaServer Pages (JSP) is a server-side web programming language developed by Sun Microsystems to generate dynamic HTML/XHTML/XML pages, like most scripting languages, JSP is meant to behave much like HTML tags, which uses a tagging like structure and much like PHP can be embedded into HTML pages. A JSP Complier is needed to execute JSP coded functions.
