Jumba's Advanced Customer Service System (JACSS) launched in early 2007. You can login to the system from any main Jumba page (http://www.jumba.com.au).

JACSS Options
The JACSS homepage describes the last login date and IP along with the following menu options.
Billing
- Update Your Contact Details: This area lets you view what details your account has on file with Jumba and lets you update them.
- Update Your Payment Details: This area lets you update your payment method and credit card details on file with Jumba. Payment options available are Automatic Credit Card Payment, Manual Credit Card Payment, BPAY or Cheque / Money Order.
- View Your Invoices: This area lets you view, print and pay invoices for the length of the account. Each invoice number can be previewed in PDF format (requires Adobe Reader).
- Show Active Items: This is a summary of all packages you currently have active with Jumba.
- Change Password: Change your JACSS login password
One-click Profiles
- View Profiles: Access your cPanel and WHM accounts by clicking on them.
- Manage Profiles: Store your cPanel and WHM account details here.
Domain Management
- Manage A Domain Name: Lists your domain names with Jumba and provides access to Domain management.
JACSS support
- I've forgotten my JACSS password?
- You can access your password by going to this link and entering the e-mail you used to sign up with.
- I've found a bug/want to suggest an improvement to JACSS.
- Please post all suggestions and bug reports in the JACSS forum. You may have to register/login to the forums.
